Problem with my SAW IV copy

i just picked up SAW IV at lunch and i get back to work and open it and look at the bottom of the disc and it is COVERED in fingerprints and smudges... almost like it was a used disc. I took a micro fiber cloth and wiped it down and it looks better but right by the center hole there is smudging that wont come off. I haven't had the chance to see if this will effect playback but this really pisses me off, this is a BRAND NEW BD it was sealed and everything... shouldn't the disc be FLAWLESS? NOW if this does in fact hinder playback... would wal*mart exchange it for the same movie even though its already opened? I still have the receipt.
