Is anyone else having problems with their "2 Fast 2 Furious" Digital Copy code?

I got all four movies today. All of the Digital Copy discs were custom made for the Blu-ray versions except for "2 Fast 2 Furious", which appears to be the same as the one in the 2-disc DVD set (it has some extra features on it).

Anyway, I exchanged it at Best Buy, so hopefully the new one will work.

New one didn't work, either. I guess I'll have to contact Universal directly.

I have both The Fast and The Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious. I just downloaded both digital copies just fine.

There should be a number on the box, or a detailed note with instructions if you have a problem with your digital copy

Yeah with the one on the box (that wont work) plus the number and website. I got no reponse from either. Can I see if the one you have works with mine please?

sorry for the confusion. I don't have the movie. but I have other titles that had digital copies included in the package. And saw that I could just contribute by giving an advice. I had a problem with one of my digital copies, I actually contacted Universal for help and they connected me to some dept. and gave me a different password that worked for me.

I have not tried mine, but go ahead and exchange the movie. That will solve your problem.

I don't think anyone will post their code unless they are not using it. You might as well go exchange it. Only takes a few mins. I had a problem with a digi code and I exchanged it.

My problem was finally resolved. Some "2 Fast 2 Furious" Blus were shipped with a Digital Copy disc that was meant for the 2-disc DVD set released before the fourth movie hit theaters. As such, the code will not work (at least for Windows Media Player files) since certain codes are meant for certain discs. Tech support gave me the appropriate code, and I can now watch the Digital Copy of "2 Fast 2 Furious".

This situation may apply to the other three movies, too, depending on your disc batch.

I tried 4 copies of the movie at the store today with my laptop. There is most certainly an entire shipment of these with codes that do not work. Best Buy must have sold a boatload of these for $12.99, so they will be flooded with requests for new codes. All three other movies from the franchise worked for me, this movie will not

Oh crap I might get this for X-Mas. The First and Third films in the series worked fine for me on itunes.
