Just started watching this, only two episodes in but impressed so far. Trailer doesn't do it justice. Netflix is simply the best TV right now.

Even though it's a Canadian show that Netflix is just airing, like Between was... maybe it's a co-production though. I think it's funny that Netflix puts the whole series up when on Showcase in Canada they still had 2 episodes left of their weekly airings since October lol

I'm going to get to it eventually but I have so much else to watch right now.

That's cool. I didn't know. I really like Orphan Black too.

I got rid of cable TV years ago. Packages of channels that I only want a few of and prices constantly increasing! Now I just have streaming services and I love it. I think Netflix is the king right now. They just have so many good things. HBO and Amazon are good too with Hulu bringing up the rear.

I really enjoyed the show. I watched it in two 6 hour chunks and when it was done I wanted more.

There are a TON of Stargate people in it (in front of the camera, and behind it) as well as faces from other shows filmed in that area.

I think this was a joint venture with showcase and netflix but could be wrong.

The show is fantastic though. Easily top 5 of the year for me and really happy that it has plans for another season at least. The shows music/score are perfectly done as well. Give it atleast 3 episodes before giving up if you want to try it out.

Season 2 of Travelers is now up on Netflix. I just binged it and in my opinion ithis season is as good as season 1. Maybe better in terms of the conflict - and a recurring character is one of my favorite actors from Veronica Mars so that was awesome. In terms of emotions, it may be impossible to top the initial relationship problems that resulted from the Travelers arriving in season 1, but, still engaging.

Binged half of season two last night. Just as good if not better than season one.

It'd be surprising if it didn't get renewed again. Netflix does little to promote it, but I do remember reading that they said the first season was really popular. Also, the renewal for the second season of Travelers was announced in February last year, so if it gets renewed again, it will probably be announced sometime next month again.

I am hopeful for season 3 too. But whoever produces it does not do much to help promote it - even its official Facebook page can't get ahold of the high-resolution key art for the first two seasons, for example.

I gave Travelers four stars not five because of its low budget. Same reason why a David Lean epic ends up higher on the list of best films. Even if a more modest film is fascinating, the ones who haul a camera up a sand dune get the higher rating.

Just finished seasons 1-2, I'm into it. It wasn't really on my radar until I happened to look up what Brad Wright was up to these days during the Stargate drive to revive. Glad I did.

I can't wait. I mean, I can, but I'd prefer not to have to. I really like this show. Someone mentioned that it was low-budget, but I'm not seeing it. It seems perfectly fine budget-wise. Good writing, good characters, etc., as well.

My only real gripe is that

I see that I gave it just four stars in the poll. I'd change that to a five if I could. I gave it a nice nine on IMDb.
