Playing CD Games on Audio CD Players

A friend and I were reminiscing about old games and we talked about doing this. This mainly worked on older PC, SEGA CD, and SEGA Saturn discs.

Some discs had the games' soundtrack (the PC game The 7th Guest) whereas others had weird beeps and sounds. I remember one game for the SEGA CD, Mansion of Hidden Souls, had a Japanese woman speaking for about 2 mins.

I wanted to know if anyone else did this and for what games.
