Default Old Transformers on Blu?

Hey Does anyone know if the old 80's Transformers animated movie is coming to Blu? And just a side note how cool would it be if Michael Bay remade the animated into live action? Everything exact just live! Sweet!!

Its been out for many months! A great visual experience, and a great music soundtrack.

Region free will play in A, B, or C machine, I got that. Maybe my head is still in the land of SD format, My DVDs and I were together for over ten years, it has been a messy breakup.

Is PAL and NTSC a factor anyomore with Blu-ray and HDTVs? Before DVDs from the UK wouldn't play. How about blu-ray? I assume it isn't a factor since you guys bought it.

I apologize if my ignorance about Blu-ray technology offends. I am just a simple movie fan.

My PS3 is region A, region 3, bought in Taiwan.

It is only a factor in 2 ways. One is if the extras, which can be encoded in NTSC or PAL. The other is if the movie is encoded at 1080i 50hz (which is only on a select few movies).
Transformers the Animated Movie is Region Free and will play on any Blu-ray player fine.

Well there's absolutely no extras on this disc, so US fans can order with peice of mind without worrying about PAL issues.
