For anyone wondering, I bought this today and I just tossed in EX3 and can confirm the black level issue has not been fixed.

How typical but I guess that was to be expected somehow. Oh well, I'm glad Ex 1 and 2 do not suffer from the same problem.

Love the artwork for this. Better than the individual releases, IMO. And it comes with a nice, shiny slipcover.

Picked this up today. Probably wouldn't have as the standalone are $18 a piece and this franchise is just okay in my opinion but $23 for all 3 is a great deal.

Glad you guys pointed this out. Even though I got the individual releases in the mail today from Amazon I ran to Walmart and picked this up. Much cheaper, worth going through the return process on the others, and I even like the cover. The movie poster art being on the discs is cool too, since they're not on the cover. I have the BDs already so no loss of extras.

Watched the first movie, put my thoughts in the other thread. It's a solid upgrade.

No digital codes at all here. Just the 4k discs.

I really hate getting multipacks/boxsets where the franchise hasn't ended, so I will skip these for the individual releases.

If they don't get Sly back on board they lose Arnold too so even if a movie comes out called Expendables 4, it won't really "count" as this is Stallone's series.
