I have played The Half-Genie Hero and The Seven Sirens.

I used to be all about the xbox/PS4 as a kid played Original MW/MW2 and so on. Obviously this was when COD was at its peak and Games were always Full unlike now.. I want to play on PC since i've sort of came to the PC side of gaming..but the PC community is pretty much DEAD on past cods its always nice to have a arcade shooter on the ready.. where if i am bored i can play some quick games instead of sitting down and forcing a 4 hour session.

So with the new COD coming out and actually showing positive signs around all areas my question is. Will this Cod on PC actually have a lot of players to play with? Do any of you plan on playing this game.

or am i going to be forced to buy on PS4 or Xbox again?

Looks like the newest game in the series, Shantae and the seven sirens, finally has a release date of May 28th.

I did enjoy Shantae and The Seven Sirens.

Would like more types of games in the series like a full "metroidvania" with a leveling system, euipment(at least 2-4 accessories) and various power ups, spells, skills, transformations, etc. A turn based RPG with all her friends(and some enemies) as playable characters. Not big on 3D game versions of 2D games but if it was well done and fun to play then I am all for it.

Well the 20th anniversary was just a few days ago. Too bad we haven't gotten any announcements.

Would have been nice to see a new game announced, but if anyone is on the fence I think every game in the series is 50% off right now so it’s a good time to check it out. Maybe she’ll show up in River City Girls 2 as a bonus for the anniversary.

I wonder when we will get a 6th game. I would love to add a leveling system and some equipment and/or accessory options of some kind.

I hope we will get spin off games like a classic turn based RPG.

An anime TV series or an animated movie would be cool.

Some more updates/free DLC would be nice.

At least getting extra save slots would go a long way. Never understood why they only gave us 3 slots.

The bump of the thread reminded me that the PS5 version of the first game is supposed to finally be available today, whenever it actually releases on the PlayStation Store. It's felt like a really long wait, but the whole series is finally on the PS5 now.

It is nice to keep seeing this series and I hope that there are some changes that we can keep seeing. I hope that there are some good gameplay sessions that you can check out given that there are some interesting points that we can keep seeing with this too.

They are finishing up the original sequel Risky Revolution so now there are six games Shantae series.

I wouldn't call that Shantae 6, but something is better then nothing.

Ya, it's really Shantae 2. Like you, I hope there is another game coming in the modern art style.

I hope the new 4-player battle mode is fun; I wonder if it is local multiplayer, online, or both? Every time they have one of those stages dodging cannonballs, I think it would be funny to have a Rampart-style mini game where you play as Risky attacking the town.

I would prefer a new Shantae game that is hand drawn sprites like Seven Sirens. I would love RPG elements like leveling, actual equipment(mostly accessories) and a lot more added. A much better magic system such a focus on spells for air, earth, fire, ice, lighting, metal, water, and wood(plant and healing). A lot more items and power ups. Maybe power ups should be found instead of bought(mostly).
