Name me some "must haves" - Blu-ray Forum

I'm talking great movies that also boast top-notch picture and sound.
I got a couple gift cards and I was wondering what were some of the must have blus in terms of audio/video. (Of course I'm not buying Rush Hour 3 just because it has great PQ)

Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind (its grainy, i know some people don't like it, just a warning)

I know Layer Cake isn't the "best" movie out there. Far from it. It is great though. I can't help but to watch it all the time. Think it's worth the re-buy on blu?

I don't have an audio system but the PQ is very good, blacks are weak is my only true complaint. I think it is a really good movie, as far as drug movies go, it is one of my favorites and I think it beats "Blow" to bloody hell.

Definitely like it better than Blow. The only thing could give Blow an edge over Layer Cake would be Depp and the fact that it's a true story. Layer Cake was just sooooo smooth. Great cinematography too.

Casino Royale (wasn't a big fan of this in the theater but it's a whole new movie on blu-ray)

and something for the entire family.....

Cars (best animation blu-ray hands down)

Even if the ending was a little bit of a let down i would definitely agree that Sunshine is a must have. It's visually stunning and the audio for the music is great.

layer cake is not a patch on blow.

blow is a fantastic movie and it should be blu!
