Default Suggestions please for offbeat films

Since my interest in the superhero film genre over the last decade (mainly its deconstruction) has recently waned, I’m turning my attention back to films that are offbeat, quirky, and original. My taste for relatively offbeat films can at times be hard to gauge, though. For example last year, given my infatuation with genre deconstruction I watched The Green Knight on a strong recommendation. I do respect the movie for what it’s doing, but at the end of the day I didn’t love it. Although I do recognize that’s an idiosyncratic “me” problem. It’s still a very fine film, objectively.

Edit: I've probably misused the the terms "offbeat" versus more strictly generic feeling. What I mean is creatively original and uniquely personal feeling... I guess I mean auteur films.

Anyway, these are some offbeat (? I guess some of these are in fact pretty mainstream) films that I have enjoyed tremendously and have watched again, and loved as much as the first watch:

Apocalypto
No Country for Old Men
Barfly
Missouri Breaks
Slaughterhouse Five
The Elephant Man
Cabesa de Vaca
300
Sin City

(Honorable mention to 1991’s Warlock which I have not seen since, but for some reason I just really got a big kick out of back in the day when it ran on cable tv. Maybe I was just in the right mood for it at the time? Wouldn’t be surprised if it hasn’t aged well.)

Based on what I’ve liked, do the following films that I’ve yet to watch seem like good bets for me to enjoy? They all look to me like I might like them.

The Northman
Embrace of the Serpent (actually went ahead and purchased it digitally)
Jackie Brown
Oldboy
There will Be Blood
Baby Driver
A History of Violence
3:10 to Yuma
Colossal
The Lost City of Z
King Arthur: Legend of the Sword
Annihilation

And I would appreciate any suggestions you all may have for films that are relatively offbeat and original feeling. Looking forward to seeing what you have to say. TYIA!
