Awesome! Been wanting this for years and wasn't going to spend a fortune on the crappy DVD. The Benediction will be a nice companion story to The Car release.

Wow, here's a movie I never thought I'd see on blu-ray. I've always had mixed feelings with this one. I definitely liked "The Bishop of Battle" the best. The others I found mediocre. The last time I saw it several years ago I do remember liking the other segments better than I used to.

This title and BLOOD AND LACE are very good news, indeed.

I haven't owned this since it was on VHS. It's another good/great anthology in my eyes.

I enjoyed this since i was a kid and time to sell my old crappy AB DVD. This has been one of my most requested BDs from SF.

Another incredible announcement. I absolutely love this film and haven't seen it in quite some time. It seems they used to air it on cable quite often.

This one is a bit goofy but I remember it fondly. A definite purchase.

Always fun to watch though each story differs in quality:

Terror in Topanga - Tense and classic little slasher segment 4/5
Bishop of Battle - No doubt the highlight 5/5
The Benediction - Interesting concept, boring execution 2/5
Night of the Rat - Saved by unintentional hilarity 3.5/5

I assume we will get to see this in (matted?) widescreen for the first time?

I know Bishop of Battle of course, and Terror in Topanga was okay. I can't even remember the other 2 segments. I don't have a clue what they are.

Not a big fan of anthologies but will give this one a try. Looks mostly entertaining.

Worth the purchase for "The Bishop of Battle" alone!
