Is there a glitch with Twilight Time's Brannigan (1975)? - Blu-ray Forum

Watching Brannigan at the 0:56:24 mark it starts freezing and jumping ahead .
Just wonder if anyone else has had trouble with this ?

I've got this one from TT and experienced no problems at all with it. Might be a faulty disc that needs replacement.

Tried it on a 2nd player and same problem .

The review for TT's Panic in Needle Park on this site stated they had an issue that sounded similar to this. I've watched Panic in Needle Park on 2 different players and didn't experience any issues.

I put my copy of Brannigan in my Samsung BD player and wasn't able to see any issues at that time stamp, either.

Yeah, sounds like the disc. Send it back to TT and grab a new one since it's obviously not a problem with the entire batch of 3000.

Try cleaning the surface of the disc before going through the trouble of sending it back.

Just tried it in my computer and it says corrupt data , bad disc .
I swear if there is a messed up BluRay I seem to find em .

Took them a week to respond saying they could replace it then I never heard back , after a few more emails they respond they no longer have any .

Kino Lorber has announced that they will be releasing their edition of Brannigan on December 14, 2017. Hopefully this new edition will be an improvement over the Twilight Time release that seemed to be mediocre at best.

Just reading the review of the Kino release on this site. The audio scores a 5/5, saying the DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 is very robust. Does this mean it’s in stereo 2.0? My big problem with the TT release was the below average mono release Soundtrack on the film.
