Default Looking for a good HDMI Distributor/Audio Also

The setup I have is I have a Entertainment room with a 52 inch HDTV. I'm purchasing a Blu-Ray player for it. I also will put putting an Apple TV in it. I have already seen some nice HDMI switchboxes that also have audio such as the Octava HDMI switchbox so that's what I want to use to switch my input from the Apple TV or the Blu-Ray player since this 52 inch TV just has one HDMI input.
Instead of buying a 2nd Apple TV and a 2nd Blu-Ray player I want to buy a distribution system of some type. I prefer something with 3 outputs since I may be getting a 3rd HDTV within a year. I have seen Component boxes where you can have multiple outputs so I can run the cables to a 2nd tv but it seems options are limited with HDMI. My best option would be to have a switchbox that has multiple inputs and at least 3 outputs so I don't have need the Octava switchbox but even with that, is there anything out there that will take an HDMI input with RCA and Digital Optical input and have 3 outputs of the same type?
I have seen a few switchboxes that do this same type of thing but have HDMI only. I know the newest HDMI carries audio but none of my TV's have this type of HDMI plus I run my audio into a stereo receiver. Is there an adapter that can take a HDMI signal and output it into an HDMI and separate digital optical audio?
One last question. The length for these additional 2 TV's is around 25-30 feet. Can I run Digital Optical and HDMI cable over that distance?
