nevermind my final cost is $1433 with tax and business day shipping for that configuration. lol WHAT A DEAL

i got $200 from coupon code..

and then today del gave me an extra $300 off which expires monday

I just ordered one of these with a Blu-ray writer. Besides the problems with the screens, anyone have experience with one of these? I'm curious about the blu-ray playback and also the build of the machine. I've read a review and a few people's opinions, but I'm always looking for more imput.

build quality is tier 1 class...absolutely premium finish with excellent use ofmaterials and detail. its gorgeous machine. bluray works flawlessly ...

screen i have is 1680 x 1050 but still very nice.

I ordered the 1680x1050 screen also. I'm kinda a noob to HTPCs but does the Blu-ray/dvd playback software do any kind of upscaling?

I have 17 inches, and I don't think at 15 inches 1080 really means anything. I own the m1730 with Blu Ray drive.
