Castro was a big fan of HD DVD...he just couldn't handle the fact that Toshiba was calling it quits.

Ironically, I watched Andy Garcia's The Lost City on Blu-ray on Sunday afternoon. It was all about a family living in Havana on the eve, and just after, the Revolution that brought Castro to power in Cuba. Fine movie. A bit long was my only complaint (I expected it to end but it kept going in several places). But a fine cast (including Bill Murray and Dustin Hoffman) and beautifully photographed. Garcia not only wrote and directed the film, he provided the music.

Hell, His retirement home will have blu players and cursing at Toshiba watching blu-ray movies!
