Those may be hacked-together movies made from the 2 seasons, not necessarily the whole thing.

Those are NOT the three seasons. It's just the three OVAs, hence why only 4 discs.

Damn. saw the title of the thread and got very excited. If the DVDs look as great as they do, I cannot wait to see it on BD.

I'd be all over a release of Solid State Society by itself. Not nearly as interested in double dipping on the two seasons.
