So HD DVD was more or less a one night stand, while blu-ray is here to stay?

If by one night one stand you mean that you were so wasted at the time that it seemed like a good idea, but in hindsight you wished you hadn't?

Then yes.

Imagine there's no Heaven
It's easy if you try
No DUD below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for Blu-ray

You may say I'm a fanboi
But I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will live as one

Go easy on the HD DVD supporters. They are going through the grief process.

I'd be happy to welcome them as well, as long as they're not coming over bitter and spreading FUD.

The HD-DVDer with hopeful come to there senses so enough. Hugging a dudder thats pretty hard, its almost as bad as not having a HDTV "once you have it you can't live without it". I'm feeling a little warm and fuzzy inside "group hug" .
