I've been waiting for this announcement

. Seemed like everybody else but North America was getting this. This movie literally drips atmosphere.

88 Films in the UK releases Full Moon films on BD with higher bitrates than their US counterparts, uses lossless audio, and typically include booklet essays, reversible art, and sometimes additional extras. Plus they're region-free and dirt-cheap. So any US Full Moon fans should check 'em out, as they'll be releasing Tourist Trap as well soon.

Holy Crud - this movie was ....bizarre - the plaster

It scared the "H" out of me when I was a wee lad

but so did some episodes of Fantasy Island in 1979

This movie was pretty cool, I liked this one. Although it seems as though if it comes out on the 88 Films version, I will get that one instead.

Had the Japanese release in my cart yesterday at cdjapan and couldn't pull the trigger because of the almost $50 price. Can't wait to purchase this.

Thanks for the info! If it's region free I'll be ordering it from 88 films from Amazon.uk. I really don't trust Full Moon when it comes to quality releases.

Here's a complete listing of what they've released so far, with Dollman and Demonic Toys coming next month.

Awesome. I've been grabbing the 88 Films releases of the Full Moon titles and they are all very nice. I was planning on watching Tourist Trap this week too.

I'm definitely going for 88 Film's Blu. It's always nicer when there's booklets and other extra stuff vs. a movie-only release. I was very pleased with their Castle Freak BD. Now, how about a Blu of CRASH & BURN?

This is awesome news, and I'll be buying this Blu-ray as soon as possible.

I've been a huge fan of Tourist Trap since childhood, and I love my old rough-around-the-edges DVD.

Here's to one of the most underrated horror films in cinema history.

88 films said on their FB that they do NOT have access to and HD master and it will be a DVD only...
