Best friend bought it for me for Christmas, read it in a day...MIGHT read it again before seeing the movie, or I might just watch the full motion comic ha

Finally found a decent price on the original individual issues...Should be coming this week. Of course read the full version when it was released last year.

i did about 8 months ago. and since then i have loaned it out to 5 other people. loved it. can't wait for the movie.

I havent picked it up yet but id like too. Ive been watching the motion comic of it. Is it much different then the book?

Read it a few years ago, and picked it up again when I found out they were making the movie. Cannot wait to go see it.

I would recommend that you read the book before seeing the movie just to get a feel for the characters and the storyline.

Read it in the 80's, and never thought they'd put it on-screen. I hope Snyder's adaptation is good, but I fear it will not live up to the expectations that many of us long-time fans have for it, sadly.

How come? What I've seen looks very faithful and just plain good.

I finished this about three weeks ago. I am so STOKED for the film. Can't wait. Less than a month to go.

I share your fear. I suspect it will still be good though. I have been avoidin rereading the book so I don't remember all the details.

I read it and loved it till the ending, I was very disappointed by it. Super depressing and completely anti-climatic. Still, the novel is fantastic and even if the film is half as good, it will be a great movie.

Finished it 2 days ago and love the book. Can't wait for the movie and it just amazes me when I see the trailers after I read the book and I can just see the panels of the book brought to life. The framing is exactly the same as the panels in 99% of the trailer shots.
