Default Uses for HD-DVD discs when it goes belly up?

I think they will make for colorful drinks coasters... any other suggestions?

That is a reason for the dual disc. Still plays on standard DVD player. What will happen to the HD-DVD players. Toshiba finally would decide to stop making HD-DVD players if it lost all studio support. HD-DVD player owners would just have a DVD/CD player with limited HDTV movies to watch.

You guys wanna create options for HD-dvd discs?

Options as in derivatives. PUT, CALL and so forth.

Very cool thread.

I don't feel sorry for those people who are buying an XA2.

How many players can people possibly want to buy from one company?!?!

My guess is three.

The last one is to play TL51 (and might finally fix all the bugs?)

We could just save the discs in case of a zombie attack, just like in Shaun of the Dead.
