How long has PS3 been outselling X360? - Blu-ray Forum

It seems to me from looking at vgchartz.com that PS3 has outsold the 360, or been neck and neck from the second week in November. PS3 has outsold 360 every week in 2008.

Yet, this site only has a thread about microsoft admitting that they were outsold in feb.

Is vgcharts wrong, am I, or what?

There was a thread about January US sales too, and others about the superior sales before then in the rest of the world.

They are pretty accurate, some say no. Those numbers track sold to consumer not sold to stores.

Something tells me it will continue too (with the Blu Ray momentum and the AAA games coming our way).
I contributed for March, just bought mine

The PS3 has been outselling the 360 worldwide since November 2007. In North America alone, it's been outselling since the beginning of this year.

VGChartz is wrong for hardware sales (it's basically a guess on their part using a formula). However, their US software sales are accurate.

I thought PS3 was beating the 360 worldwide before November (I could be wrong).

sadly that is the truth, the walmarts where I live can't get rid of them and the last time I went to Micro Center they had about 30-40 of them stacked up in the middle of an aisle making a tower

Not really since you can invite people to a game, and once they get into conflict they can check invites and it takes them straight to your game.

So its purty easy to set up a game, if im awake and ya wanna play my user name is dk3dknight

SHOCK SURPRISE, I know...

See conflict allows in game messaging while your waiting for a game to start,
so you can go down your contact list and hit every person on your list with a invite one after another till you get a taker.

You can send messages or send invites...

The demo doesn't show that I know, but there are some significant differences between the demo and the game.

The sniper does not start with a shotgun attachment for example, nor when he gets that shotgun attachment it is not initially a automatic shotgun, so that gives you a extra feel of your characters getting better, them getting access to better and better equipment.

Also there are regular multiplayer modes, like team deathmatch.. SUPRISE SHOCK, yes regular multiplayer modes, I was really surprised theres even deathmatch.
