Default Terminator Salvation (3-disc)?!?

I heard that Terminator Salvation was released as a 3disc set over in the States.

Does it have any additional content that isn't on the UK BD release? Also, does it come in a steelbook?

I don't care if it has a Digital Copy disc in there.

Yea, its 3disc's in the US
2Discs are the film One Theatrcial Version
And One Directors Cut Version of the film and 3rd disc is DC
Directors Cut is about 4mins longer than the Theatrcial Version
No Steelcase

The one that was released in the UK was a single disc BD with both Theatrical Cut and Directors Cut with the following bonus features as shown in this picture.

Does the US release have anything different included on it that justifies a 3-dsic release though?

I have the UK and you can trust me when I say the PQ is fantastic, the UK disc has not suffered from "seamless branching".

I already have the UK steelbook release and I agree that the PQ is great. But I wasn't asking about the PQ quality on the US release. I was asking if the US release has any more/less bonus features that the UK release doesn't have as I was confused as to why the US release has 3 discs in the BD set.

Oh I see, should have payed attention.

Well, you have the UK and you can read the review for the US disc and compare the special features.

The US has a disc for each cut and a 3rd disc for the digital copy. Extras are the same as for as I know.

I hate when they say 3 disc and you open it to find the digital copy is the 3rd

honestly they should just give you the dvd version instead of the digital, it wouldn't cost extra and would give an actual point to it being in there instead of giving you a digital copy that EXPIRES

I actually agree with that. I guess thats why the upcoming UK BD release of Avatar features a 2nd disc that is a DVD version of the film instead of a Digital Copy that expires.

NOTE TO PRODUCTION STUDIOS:
No-body likes Digital Copies so stop including them!!!
