Default Question about LN-T4081F, help me Obi-Wan Kenobi...

Ok so i bought this TV back in December because the whole Motion Plus blew my mind. I want to know if turning motion plus on = 120hz or is the TV 120hz by nature w/o turning motion plus on. I ask this because when I do turn it on sometimes I get this weird blurr effect during fast action sequences in movies or even worse the picture starts to jitter until i turn it off. I like that whole "3d" effect or "live" effect so i tend to like it on but i dont' like the litte side effects.

addition: (i had to run out of my office)

Is this normal? Is 120hz suppose to give it that "live" effect or only motion plus does that, i'd appreciate any sort of info, thx! :-) BTW i use a PS3 as my blu ray player and when i click on "display" it shows 24fp.
