I don't know about the speakers, but the video quality is the same.

'Bout the same speakers, but to be honest, the on-board speakers drain the battery [especially over 70% or so I believe], so I'd relaly suggest headphones or a powered speaker.

the speakers aren't any different other than the placement on the psp. now you won't cover the speakers up with your hands when you hold it.
