Is it possible at all to recover a bad game save file? Unfortunately, I haven't backed up my game saves to a thumb drive, but after this episode I definitely will in the future.
I've been working on Tony Hawk's Project 8 for a long time now, and finally achieved the rank of 9th yesterday a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, when I went to load the file last night to crack the top 8, it wouldn't load properly. I'd receive the message back that it loaded successfully, but it wouldn't allow me to select "Continue Career." I tried multiple times, and even copied the file to another user profile, but it still wouldn't load. I have a feeling I'm pretty much hosed, but I had to ask. Have any of you encountered anything like this, and were you at all successful recovering from it? Aargh!!! |
