Default difference between Klipsch RF-52 and RF-62?

Seriously considering upgrading to Klipsch floor and center speakers... my question is if the difference between the RF-52 and RF-62 is that dramatic?

The specks are 50-23k on the RS62 and 62-23k on the 52's
power rating 150 watts on the 62's and 100 watts on the 52's

My best suggestion would be to follow the suggestions on the Klipsch site as to which speakers are the best match for each other..
In other words, Pick you mains first and then see which center and surrounds will best match up with the mains...
I sell Klipsch and "usually" follow their guidlines.
Im am personally using 62's as surrounds and RC 62's as L/C/R speakers
according to Klipsch I should be using the RS52's..they would be fine.
We have both on display and its hard to tell which is playing while doing demos... Save a few bucks get the 52's

Default mmmm i can read...

sorry I misread the original question.....
yes you can hear a big diff between the RC52 and RC62
most of the diff is in the bass and low mids (due the the driver diff)
there is a lot more impact on the 62's
bite the bullit and get the 62 center

My fault; I should have clarified. I was looking to purchase two RF-52s and the RC-52 for $650 combined. It seems like a really good price, so I was sort of hoping the difference wouldn't be too noticeable.

Default 1 more time

This is more info than you needed
Same thing as last post but change RC to RF
also to note the horn is larger on the 62's not just the drivers
go with the 62's and you wont be unhappy.

RF62's front
RC62 center
RS52 surrounds

That is a really good price. The set of three should retail at $900.oo
Assuming that you are buying from a Klipsch dealer go for it..
Keep in mind that Klipsch will only cover warranty problems from approved dealers..
You can contact Klipsch if your not sure, they will tell you if you will be covered.
Good shopping..

Thanks for the advice guys. It's one of those prices that's really tough to pass up, but I also know how OCD I can be about my set-up. It's not a Klipsch dealer, so I might have to hope my streak of having no problems with electronic equipment continues.

Assuming mixing RF-52s with a RC-62 shouldn't be a problem?

i've never heard reviews on those 2 series being mix-matched.....u could call klipsch and ask....they have "recommended" systems....and what your suggested isnt recommended by them....it wouldnt sound bad as the timbre match is the same...but can't give you a yes or no on this...call em!
