Greatest Classic Rock Song

Which of these is, in your opinion, the best classic rock song. Personally, I think there is no song like Stairway to Heaven. But then again Back in Black is just *****in'. That's right, I said *****in'.

Out of this EXTREMELY small set of songs you put on here. I gotta go with Stairway to Heaven.

Awesome poll, butits a tough one. there are alot of greatest rock songs out there. but in good spirits i will pick from the list the one and only song it is

mattyblu2, in my opinion, Led Zeppelin stands alone as the best classic rock band ever. Also, the best thing to come out of England, bar none. (Even the freakin' Beatles who I can't stand.) And the list is such because these are the songs that are as recognizable as any. I'm not going to put Fly Like an Eagle or any Grand Funk or something else because it's these five that have stood the test of time the most. You hear these all over the place, maybe except STH only because Zep is so stingy concerning the rights to their songs and such.

I hear ya there, zepplin will always be one of the greatest rock bands to me. i listen to them all the time and will never stop listening to them. i have all of their music on my zune and they are my choice of music when i am camping, especially at night infont of the camp fire sippin on a cold one

i love alot of other music, but as far as classic rock, zep rules like no other

their music is so versatile, one minute its hard rock jamming, then soft ballad, then a blues type song. they are truely awesome

That is a good list. Remove Kansas, Heart, and Boston then add Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young, The Allman Brothers, & Credence Clearwater Revival

Considering, and I can't specify this enough, I only included the super-elite, the only song I feel stupid for not including in my original poll from the ones you all have suggested is Hotel California by the Eagles.
