Default Hello, noob with a question here..
Hello, I am new here, and new to blu-ray also. Found this forum while surfing google and it looks pretty well set up, so I decided to check it out.

I have noticed when watching blu-ray movies that although the overall quality is great, some scenes are crystal clear, then the next will appear to have static. Its pretty slight, but more noticable the closer you are. Is this because I am running only 1080i or is this just a characteristic of blu ray?
