Cyberlink Remote - Blu-ray Forum

I just received the new Cyberlink PowerDVD remote in the mail, the new silver one. I plug the USB IR receiver, and expected a plug n' play setup, but apparently not. None of the features on the remote work, except for the volume, skip, play, pause, stop... etc, all the basic fuctions that the old remote had!... The cyberlink website advertises all the blu-ray/HD-DVD advanced features! Is there a software/driver that is required for this new remote to work?

Does anyone who use Power DVD8 ultra use the cyberlink remote?

All the blu-ray advanced features are accessible only on PowerDVD 7, not 8!... What gives? I have contacted Cyberlink's support, but they're super-slow! And ask questions about details i have already given them! I tried installing the software update that cyberlink has a link to, but that update isn't compatible with PowerDVD 8 ultra
