you cant. been there, asked that. only available in japan right now far as I know.

Not true...I know for certain that you can find them on military bases. Know anyone in the service? I've bought one at the Fort Leavenworth base in Kansas - they've been here for at least 6 months. Pretty sure they were available at the Navy Exchange in San Diego as well.

According to the Playstation Blog, they're out now. But you won't find them at any electronics store, at least I haven't found any.
