Default Need Encoder help (specifically Cleaner XL 1.5)

Posted this in the tail end of a previous thread, but didn't get much help. Figuring that was because the original intent of the thread was not really related.. So, posting a new thread specifically for this.
------------

Since this is the first place I've found that has knowledgable individuals with up to date information, anyone here know a place to find info/tutorials on Cleaner XL 1.5? (The newest version for PC) Their official forums are mostly a ghost town, with a single post ever day or two.

Having some issues with the program here at work, and the person that previously would have shown me how to use it is no longer available. We've got a process setup, mostly automated by scripts, that does what we need it to do. Everyone in this department knows how to follow the steps for said process, but when issues arise, nobody currently knows how the program does the entire process and therefore no one knows how to fix those issues. i.e. no one knows the actual program itself, and the process was designed almost 5 years ago, so newer formats give it fits.

I'm eventually going to be that guy, but it's proving hard to find info to speed up the learning process. Even a less obtuse help file or FAQ then the one with the program would be nice. A premium tutorial site would be fine also, only one I could find doesn't specify how old the tutorials are, and whether they cover XL 1.5 (and therefore HD formats).
