Whenever the first film came out, I had ABSOLUTELY no interest in it. I thought "The Mummy Returns" was bad, and so I passed on the DVD.

Years later, I saw it on TV and REALLY liked it. I later ended up getting the DVD, then the HD DVD, and now I will be pre-ordering the Blu-ray.

I'll pass on the sequel though...

I really like the first one but if the 2nd is a straight-to-video movie, I may rent it first to see how it is.

I wonder if this means Universal really meant this:

Beginning in July, Universal plans to release all new home video releases on Blu-ray day-and-date with their DVD releases.

Maybe there's hope for a Blu-ray of "Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day" yet...

Oh my god! Say it ain't so. What the heck happened to Randy. I used to admire him as a fighter, and now he does this. That's just sad.

Somebody must have been desperate for some tax write-offs to fund this garbage.

the training and fighting would take its toll on your body and while filming a action movie won't give him much rest its most likely less grueling then fighting so it gives him a nice break and a paycheck

Wow, why are they even releasing this crap on Blu-ray no ones gonna buy it. There's so many movies that need to be released on Blu-ray, not this. It doesn't matter if it's a new release. Shame on you blu-ray!

You people really need to stfu.
It is a day and date release, from Universal no less that is not a big budget movie yet you people are too mentally inept to understand why that is a good sign.

As far as nobody buying it, The Mummy has an audience, the Scorpian King had an audience, and Couture is a legend ti mma fans and has an audience.
Do I think it will suck? Indeed.
But I am smart enough to know that different people like different things unlike the walking brain flaws on here who seem to think that they are in any position to say what deserves to be released.
Seriously, all of you who keep posting that tripe need to go lock yourselves in a building and set it on fire to cleanse the gene pool.
