Default Sony's 3D Display

Just got back from the mall and saw Sony's 3D display. As far as video goes its on par with the Samsung and Panasonic, but what I thought was interesting is it was running 3D thru a PS3 ... And actually had 3D footage of Motorstorm (which looked awesome !)

Default Interesting facts from sony.

I've just got home from a seminar with a Tech guy from SONY--some very interesting facts---

Sony's biggest 3D LCD will be 46"

you will get 2 pairs of powered glasses with the new tv

extra pairs will be £50 each

Ps3 will have a firmware update to make it 1.4 (HDMI ) compliant

All 3D compliant products will have a new standard " 3D" LOGO.

Between the two brands which would you say its closer to in terms of quality?

Personally, I felt very underwhelmed by the Samsung but was impressed by the Panasonic.

Panasonic is the leader in home 3D technology. They should be they invented it.You can walk around the room even lay on the couch and not lose picture quality.Plasma is better for 3D and LCD or LED.

IF I were to ever go 3D and thats not gonna happen anytime soon I would go with Panasonic. Their 3D tv's are simply beautiful in 2D and 3D. Thats nothing against Sony because I am a Sony guy all the way but if its 3D then its Panasonic.
