This is one of my most wanted titles on Blu. The 17 year old anamorphic dvd from Columbia is just a wee bit dated now. I sure hope it got a newer scan at some point.

Pleased to see the PG rating emblazoned on the cover. I've not seen all of this film, but I have seen enough to know that it is the best PG-rated film in the history of cinema.

I will be buying this as soon as humanly possible.

I still remember my sister showing Sixteen Candles to her then-teenage daughter a few years back, and being mortified when there was a topless female shower scene barely five minutes in. I had to explain the concept of "80s PG" to her after that.
