how many people can't stand seeing the little lights from there components ie: reciever, PS3/bluray player........ while watching a movie
i'm one of them, some people are lucky enough to have a seprate room dedicated for all that.

you probably hate those exit signs in theaters too...

Some of them you can dim or turn off if you prowl through the fine print in the instructions.

i'm weird like that i see the light in the corner of my eye and it distracts me from the movie

i like all the little lights, but i do have one that did bug me because it is way too bright, so i put tape over it to dim it down.

yeah my reciever is on the lowest dim

The only light on my setup that bothers me is the bright blue light coming from my PS3. All the other lights are faded enough for me not to notice.

I love the little blue lights on my Rotel. However, I do have a Salamander stand that has a black see through grill that dims them a bit. Sometimes, late at night I simply sit back in the dark and admire my set up and make devious plans for my next big upgrade !

My gear is outside the theater and is controlled from the theater with an IR Repeater. The Sub has a little light but I put some electrical tape on it which is pretty much invisible since it's black (the Sub that is.)

My Dedicated HT has no windows and complete light control so those lights would bother me if they had the chance to.

I make my fiance stand in front of my equipment to block the lights. I bought the TV, surround sound, blu-ray player, couch. She can stand there and imagine what the movie is like.

I have a Panamax 5400 power conditioner, it has some of the brightest LED lights ever. I have a strong enough attention span not to get distracted by things like lights on my equ.... oh look a bird.

Yea i dont like it, however with the S300 you can press the dimmer switch to dim the lights down 3 nothches. the 3rd notch knocking all the display lights out

I'm with you, I can't stand them. I have all of mine covered up with opaque tape.
