Thats so funny cause i went to the midnight sale of TDK at best buy and when the lady comes out to announce where to go to get the movie and where to go if you have it pre-ordered, one of the guys in lines asks about that movie. She then responds and says we thought about putting it out,,then he says he was joking and everyone starts laughing.

Would have made sense to put all the new movies out for sale, but they seemed eager to rush everyone through the store to just sell the Dark knight and nothing else.

yeah. the dark knight has pretty much overshadowed everything. they're doing it with the x-files blu-ray release and they did it over the summer with the new x-files movie. yeah, the dark knight's great but let some other movies share the stage. it's not fair.

I plan to buy both, but will wait to get them from an Amazon private seller to save a few bucks. Unless of course Amazon bundles them together for a good price.

Marketing and sales departments are idiots for setting the release date next to Dark Knight's. Same thing happend to "X-FILES" with its release in theaters.

They probably wanted to get out of there and not stay any longer than they had to.

Two totally opposite movies in terms of tone....one very dark..the other all happy....

Still...2 very good purchases. Dark Knight was a given...but Horton is also good if you like that sort of stuff. I do and it shall be at my doorstep today.

At Best Buy they had two floor dumps of TDK. Horton was relegated to the new release rack, but I saw no sign of the "Limited Edition Print." Just then a "Can I help you find something" fellow appeared. I told him about it, and he told me that yes, it came with a digital copy(!) When I told him to check the ad, he brought it over and took forever to read the Horton page. He then went out the back and brought me one back, but didn't bring any to put out!

Its actually much nicer than BB's last few efforts - the size and frame is like "The Incredibles" and the print is on nice stock. Not bad, and a lot nicer than the feeble Dark Knight playing card!
