Default Playing Blu-ray Columbia Pictures

hi, I got a new problem when playing any titles from Columbia Pictures. I just started to play a the blu-ray disc from Columbia Pictures on my p.c today. It looks like I'm watchig a film in stop motion. But not all the time. This is very strange. All the settings are correct, etc. Does anyone know why this happens?

post your specs, could be a hardware issue.

You could probably use another gig of ram, but that shouldn't affect your blu-ray playback.

Is this happening with titles from other distributors?

Can the 9800GTX take the majority of the hd decoding off the cpu like the newer ati video cards?

think I've sorted it out. What it wa,s that I play a region code A disc from the states, as Powerdvd can play them? But it locked the region down to 1 left, out of 5 times only. So I had to uninstall & install a few times to get the region code back to normal. Hopefully that's fixed it!!!!
