A little purchasing help

So, I'm looking to move into NYC real soon, so my "theater" space is going be the living room of a 2 bedroom apartment. It's going to be small.

I'll be bringing to the new apartment my Samsung 46 inch LNA550, my PS3, a kenwood center speaker and 2 kenwood bookshelf rears (I dont know what model the kenwood speakers are, but they aren't great and they aren't terrible).

I was thinking of getting the Sony 720 to replace my current receiver, and I'm not sure what to get in regards of front speakers and a subwoofer. I'm on a tight budget considering living in manhattan costs a bazillion dollars a month.

Any suggestions?
