Madden 09? - Blu-ray Forum

Are people without a 720p set is going to be able to upscale ie...1080i? Most PS3 games are able to upscale now, i just hope Madden 09 is not 720p exclusive. If that's the case i'm not buying!

It's EA, all of their games will be 720p until further notice.

Count me in the group of suckers I guess, but 720p is good enough for me if they fix the framerate.

Madden Day is one of the most anticipated days of the year for me - I know football geek/loser/whatever - just a couple of weeks left!

What I can't find is if this year you will be able to play your franchise on your ps3 and psp. There is that feature on ps2 and psp I thought in previous versions.

You know who says this? People without 1080p TVs.

Anyway, some people have 1080i TVs that don't display 720p, and automatically downscales the image to 480p. So it is a legitimate concern to anyone who owns a 1080i TV.

Yes, both NCAA 09 and Madden 09 are running 60fps on PS3.
