No news yet. But since Paramount will be releasing Francis Ford Coppola's "The Godfather" movies on Blu-ray next month, it shouldn't be long before they announce Apocalypse Now also. When they do, I hope that the Blu-ray will have the original 1979 theatrical cut as well as the 2001 "Redux" version on the same disc. That'd be awesome!

Funny to think that there is a thread called Apocalypse now Redux which deals with upcoming releases but none being the actual Apocalypse now Redux movie.

By the way what is the difference between the standard and the Redux version ? I never saw the latter
