Virtual drive to play blu-ray image - Blu-ray Forum

Hi there,

I built a blu-ray dvd in adobe encore and i want to tested, so i made a image file because i don't have a blu-ray recorder. I used a emulator to create a virtual drive and play it but it's not working. i think i have to find a software that creates a virtual drive that supports blu-ray. is this possible? can i play a blu-ray whithout burning it to the dvd?

will nero imagedrive be able to create a virtual drive that can read a blu-ray image? i just installed nero 7 but i cant find image drive

help??

Use Damonware. Note that you will also need a bluray program such as windvd plus or totalmedia theater.

I used daemon tools to create a virtual drive and i have windvd 9 to play the iso file, but it's still not working.
I don't know what to do. I'll try using another blu-ray player.

Windvd9 for some reason will NOT play ISO images even when mounted to a virtual drive. I use Powerdvd and it works every time.
