Default Paramount Possibly Working On "Friday The 13th" 1-8 Box Set?

An new DVD boxset is being planned to be released around the same time as the remake hits theaters (Feb. 13th 2009).

http://www.dreadcentral.com/story/ex...y-13th-box-set

Could a Blu boxset be coming as well? Hope so!

Hopefully they will include all of the cut footage from each movie.

That would be awesome.

A Friday the 13th BD boxset has been on my wishlist for quite some time. I hope one is released when the remake hits theaters, but they could always save it the boxset for the remake's BD release.

I hope this box set is better than the last one, the "cut scenes" need to be in the movies and not just extras.

Paramount needs to hire SENSIO to make a 3-D DVD for FRIDAY THE 13TH part 3.

It would be SWEET is Paramount FINALLY gave us the alternate ending for part 3 where Jason decaps Chris.

I would buy a set of the films on Blu Ray if they give us the UNCUT versions etc and have the deleted cuts included... It would be best if they used branching and included both versions of each film (for the films that varied)

Like others are saying Do it Right or Don't Release it at All.

Amen! This is probably my favorite installment thanks to the great cheese factor.
