The 25th Anniversary Collectors Edition was a stellar transfer for its age and budget and it was loaded with special features.

In the details for the DVD, they mentioned the 'last road to hell' segment was not in the negative they used, so if they could track down a good source for it, they could use the blu-ray as a chance to re-incorporate it back into the film.

I think a Blu-Ray release of Cannibal Holocaust would look fantastic. Packaging wise, a slipcover with an embossed image of the impalement, on a black or dark green background would be simple yet effective.
