Default BLURAY TITLES specifically for SOUND

BLURAY TITLES specifically for SOUND:
I can’t believe how my wife and many others like her couldn’t care less about sound quality. They seem to be the ones that give a review leaving almost no comment on sound, or skip it entirely as if it where were merely an extra! Well since I purchased one of those fang dangled HDMA home theater receivers with a good quality 5.1 speaker system to match…my wife couldn’t care less about the picture…Well you know what I mean..LOL
When I played my first Blu-ray through the PS3 with just 2.1 computer speakers, the first thing to hit me was the sound…Yea the picture was WOW, but I knew instantly the potential that was to be had with the right sound gear. I remember when I hooked up a prologic receiver like 15 years ago how I just about wet my pants listening to sci/fi in what could only be described as 3 dimensions. I was hooked immediately however as time passed on and the bills stacked up I was forced to sell my home theater equipment at a time where DTS was taking over…It was truly a painful experience. None the less, as soon as I heard the clarity coming out of my little PC speakers with my first bluray, I just knew it would be madness not to try out a cheap entry level receiver with some reasonable speakers to match.
The first sound test was total bliss…Alien Vs Predator Requiem…Straight away as the Predators space ship appeared on the screen, we all simply turned and looked at each other (despite the eye catching candy to be had) with dropped jaws in total astonishment. The reverberations that shook the room could be literally felt in our bones…It was as if the spaceship was about to land in our lounge room. From that point on each of the 5.1 speakers had its own story. None of us uttered a word but instead hung on every sound wave coming from all directions in a timely fashion that had us anticipating what may or may not happen next. Without a doubt we knew we had arrived at the next level of entertainment.
Of course this comes as no surprise for the many people out there who already have home theater setups & even then, some of those guys could improve on what they have. I love sound so much now that even if the picture is not that great I don’t care! I am often let down by some movies that have fantastic video but crap sound & more often than not see movies with crappy video quality, but great sound! Once you can appreciate sound you will also be able to appreciate much older releases as if watched for the first time.

Basically I just wanted to say hi and if there are any guys out there that Love audio as much as I, could you please list some blu-rays with sound specifically in mind!

I hear HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER is superb for sub…I’m yet to listen to it.
I can confirm that Alien Vs Predator Requiem was fantastic for sound. Great sub workout and levels were even all round…consistent with surround sound.
I thought Transformers was superb for sound…Kind of gave a new dimension to LFE …I often use the logo introduction at the very start of the film as a demo to my friends and just like my family of late, they are always left with jaws dropped…WTF! AWSOME MAN…Holly Shmolly!!!!

I wonder how Gladiator will sound when released & so forth………….

So if you guys know of any memorable moments to do with Blu-ray Titles & or demo scenes with sound in mind…please could you post and share that experience with others.
