I can't imagine this not coming to PS3. When was the last time EA made an exclusive game? (other than maybe some Wii stuff which doesn't really count)

Also, I'm not allowed to really talk about the game, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised

This is for 360, PS3, and Wii. They only info i know is they are trying to merge Most Wanted with Underground 2, which is what i have stated for years would make the best racing Video game ever!

Have you read about the new one? Its supposed to be really unreal for those of you who are big into the customization. They say you can do everything! about 9 years ago, when i was big into the rice burners and hooking up cars, i would have said what you said but now im more about the actual racing parts, which NFS cant touch Midnight Club...

Default nice!

I have not heard of this game, but I'm in for any NFS game!

I'm a huge fan of the NFS games (although I haven't played Carbon and ProStreet ). I do own Pro Street, but refuse to play it until I finish off Overlord. [sigh, the are just not enough hours in the day]

I used to enjoy Midnight Club until Underground came out, Which blew my socks off! Then NFS-2 came out, it was on par with the first, but not quite as good in my opinion. Then NFS-MW... Wow, my favorite of the series!

I'll have to give one of the recent MC's a try. Any other NFS fans think it's worth it? (I do love to customize!)

I used to be a NFS fan, i really loved 1 and 2. but when i got the ps3, i bought Carbon and i thought it was horrible, i traded it back in the first week of buying it. Im not trying to bash NFS at all, but at least check out MC. Read this if you care at all... The like 4th paragraph down talks about the customization...

Default NFS:Carbon

Not the first time I've heard that about NFS-Carbon! I haven't played it yet, guess there's no hurry.

I read the preview story you posted, it does look pretty damn good!

Another game I keep hearing good things about is Burnout Paradise (mentioned in that article), what do you guys think about that one? Compared to NFS or MC.

Default Strange

I know EA is a giant powerhouse towering over the video game market, but why would they make two games so similar? (NFS & Burnout)

Good question. I played burnout a little bit. I honestly got bored of it pretty quickly. Id give it a rental first... but some people seem to love it. Its similar to all of them, ahhaha. Sorry its been a little while since NFS so i dont wanna give false info.

Need speed made a nice comeback few years ago and started milking the franchise ever since... not much to go around with this game means it's gonna suck.

I love NFS: Hot Pursuit II. Running from the cops in the CLK-GTR or McLaren was a blast!

I like NFS. Carbon was ok and then pro street i did'nt bother getting. Hopefully undercover is good. As for MC series i like but then dub edition came... i had it though i hate dub sized wheels and having to use suvs was lame. Also nfsu2 shouldnt have had suvs and spinners. Aside from that Burnout series is good and i don't see how you can compare it to NFS. To me all are good on different levels.

Carbon wasn't bad, but I bought it on PS2, MW was the best, Underground/UG2 was second, now like I said before and mixed the two it would of been awesome.

I hated Prostreet just cause it wasnt street racing, it was all straight up track racing, which took the fun away.

Also, Burnout you can wreck, where as NFS you can't (unless its prostreet).

Also, MC has those stupid powerups for each car. Um yeah, NFS all the way.

Default Burnout

I downloaded the demo of Burnout Paradise last night, it's pretty cool. Certainly not on par with NFS, but seems to be a good clean all around game. It seems to me that EA used Burnout Paradise to "test the market" for the next NFS game.

I'm real curious to try a recent MC now.

Game is being uncovered today by EA.

Need for Speed Undercover takes the franchise back to its roots and re-introduces break-neck cop chases, the world's hottest cars and spectacular highway battles. The intense action racing title scheduled for release this holiday will feature international movie star, Maggie Q, as the lead character in the big-budget live-action sequences that propel the games original story forward."

Default Maggie who?

I've never heard of Maggie Q, but glad to hear the series is "keepin' it real"!

Can't wait to see some screen shots and gameplay!
