I hear ya.... I'm just north of Tampa, so I'm hoping the storm will stay east of us (go up the middle of the state) to prevent power going out. I realize that's pretty selfish though.... sorry!

If it goes just east of you, that kinda means it has to go through me.. .

I don't have a PS3....so I'm wondering why TS / H Faye would affect the PS3?

For my fellow Tampons it looks like it's fizzling out.

Should be back down to tropical storm status by the time it gets here. They've already cancelled school all over here, though, I'm hoping to get the day off of work.

Oh well I figured that was a given. I honestly didn't imagine that a thread would be started for such an obvious reason.

I'm in St. Pete. I hope it doesn't affect my Blu-ray playing abilities. I'm supposed to be getting some more Blu's in by tomorrow or Wednesday.

Yeah, same here, what the heck? It should stick to north of Tampa... Just kidding. If the power goes out I don't think it would be for too long, at most this will be a Tropical Storm and the center of the storm would have to go over you for the strong stuff. I'm not exactly worried about it...just be careful if you go out for work or whatnot.

Not so much a power conditioner that they need - it's a surge protector
