Can anyone explain how M$ gets rewarded for violating Immersion's patents by getting some slice of Immersion's settlement with Sony?

LOL....shystey legalitees on MS part again...they agreed to pay off Immersion, but, if Sony paid, then Immersion had to pay MS...wow...good ol' Merica...
