The question is, do you think the seller actually thinks the HDD is what allows it to play PS2 games, or is he just trying to rip people off?

I think the seller thought it works that way.... Seems really unlikely but ... possible.

I think they think the HDD is what allows it to play PS2 games.

Yeah, someone should seriously ask on the question section to the seller if he knows thats not how it works....

then again, he states that he doesn't return the money if you make a mistake...
