Can't update Panasonic BD30

I am having trouble updating my firmware. I have tried it 2 times already and it says unsupport. I downloaded the file and then decompressed it and sent it to the cd-rw drive using a cd-r like the instructions said to, and now it still says unsupport, how can I update this? All feedback would be greatly appriciated. I was trying to watch transformers with 24p but I had to turn it off cause it didn't work, the picture does not look all that great so I figure if I fixed it, it would look way better. Load time took less than 10 seconds. =)
