Default Got it narrowed down to a few tvs, what do you think?

Ok so i use this as my TV and my computer monitor, i want 40" cause if its any bigger its gonna drive me mad as a computer monitor, ill adjust my movie seating to be the appropiate distance. Now unless im mistaken it is going to be a waste for me to get the 120Hz models because the video card in my computer only does 1920x1080 at 85hz max so getting the 120hz tv would be useless correct?

Sony KDL-40S4100 $1199

And i saw the
Samsung LNT4069F $1199 (120hz) on sale

but as i questioned before should i even bother with a 120hz tv because my video card cant even do that? (EVGA 8800GT) and the video card i want to get (EVGA GTX260) doesnt even seem to be able to do it even

if you had any others i should consider let me know, i want to keep it under $1200 (unless i get something amazing for not much more) and 40" LCD 1080p thanks for taking the time to read this
