Should I use an EQ setting during movies? From what I understand, you want unaltered audio to hear what the director intended you to hear. Just like with HDTV's, you turn of processors such as dynamic contrast, black adjust, and edge enhancement on Samsung HDTV's to preserve the original picture as much as possible.
I have the Bose Lifestyle V30 System, as you can see from my signature. It has an EQ setting called the Movie EQ. Now from the description given from many websites, it adjusts bass and treble response for proper movie sountrack. I am wondering if this will enhance it or not. I have tried it but personally found it didn't really do much but who knows, from their description, it sounds like I should have it on. Last edited by LoveHomeTheatre; 10-21-2008 at 04:26 AM. |
